Associate / Mid-Senior Litigation Lawyer This is a strong opportunity for a commercial litigator who wants more than just good files on paper. You'll work across litigated matters and alternative dispute resolution, acting for a diverse client base that includes businesses, high-net-worth individuals, government bodies and listed entities. Contractual disputes Corporate and shareholder disputes, including oppression matters and directors' and officers' liability Insolvency and bankruptcy matters Property, construction and leasing disputes Debt recovery and enforcement work Regulatory investigations and risk management Drafting pleadings, correspondence and advice Working directly with clients and senior practitioners on strategy and outcomes What you'll bring You'll likely be a commercially minded litigation lawyer who enjoys solving problems, building trusted client relationships and taking pride in the standard of your work. 3-5 years' experience in commercial litigation Strong drafting and advocacy capability Clear communication skills and sound strategic judgement Proactive, solutions-focused approach Commercial mindset and strong attention to detail Confidence working closely with clients and colleagues Interest in business development and contributing to team success If you're ready for a litigation role where the work is strong, the team is supportive and your progression feels real, apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion.
